1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between gd99 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "your"). By accessing the gd99 website at gd99.cam, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are fully accepting these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; once the period ends, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not count equally across all games.
• If any fraud or misuse related to bonuses is proven, all associated bonuses and earnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is provided according to VIP level. The amount and method of cashback may vary. A minimum wagering amount during the relevant week may be required to earn cashback.

6. Gameplay Rules

• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG); results are impartial and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, gd99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to influence game results.

8. VIP Program

gd99's VIP program has three levels. You will be automatically promoted based on the volume and regularity of your play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback and special benefits.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and highest priority service.

gd99 reserves the right to change VIP levels and benefits. VIP membership and accumulated benefits may be cancelled if a member is found to be involved in prohibited activities.
